How to request deletion of your Southbound Software account and associated product data.
If you want to delete your account or request deletion of associated product data, contact support@southboundsoftware.com from the email address connected to your account.
What to include
Include the product name (for example ReadyGig, RigCast, Rundown, or Toolport Teams), your account email, and a clear request to delete your account. We may need to verify ownership before completing the request.
Retention
Some records may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or billing compliance reasons.
